IN THIS LESSON
Today is about deep healing. We focus on healing emotional, physical, or spiritual wounds that have been buried or unresolved. As you move through the practice, gently tend to, honor and love those places within that need care and attention.
Expanded Intention:
- Open your heart to healing, allowing yourself to release old wounds.
- Trust that healing happens in layers and allow the process to unfold naturally.
- Create space for deep emotional and spiritual restoration.
Practice Tip: As you move through today’s flow, visualize healing energy filling the spaces within you that hold pain, gently releasing it with each exhale.
